What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat delivery charge is calculated at checkout before you pay. We currently ship across India.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location, with metro cities on the faster end. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can raise a return only if the product is damaged within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed and has its original tags attached. Exchange is possible only if the product is unused within 7 days of delivery. Write to us at support@idamstore.co with your order number and we'll guide you through it.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists the measurements for that specific piece — our garments are cut individually, so sizing can vary between styles. Measure a garment you already own and compare it against the chart. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us and we'll help you pick.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If you'd like to confirm whether COD is available for your PIN code before ordering, contact us on +91 90372 52110 and we'll check for you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Get in touch as soon as possible on support@idamstore.co or +91 90372 52110. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet we can usually amend or cancel it. Once it's with the courier we'll help you process a return instead.
