Shipping & Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Shipping

We ship across India. Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999; for orders below ₹999 a flat delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 3–7 business days, with metro cities on the faster end. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships. To confirm whether Cash on Delivery is available for your PIN code, contact us before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

1. Return window

You can raise a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.

2. Non-returnable items

Customised pieces and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. How to start a return

Email support@idamstore.co or message us on +91 90372 52110 with your order number and the reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process any refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the source; for eligible COD orders we'll arrange a bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchanges

We're happy to exchange for a different size or product, subject to availability. If the new item differs in price, we'll adjust the balance either way.

6. Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
